Just like it was the case with Toulouse on the previous day, this show didn’t go underway either. Proper reasons remain unknown, but it’s most likely due to poor ticket sales. Usually, Bon Jovi never did more than one show in Paris, if at all. In 1993, they announced four dates, however, the breakthrough that happened in most other European countries with Keep The Faith didn’t materialize in France. Already in Lyon one month prior, Jon had made remarks that hinted at a very spare audience. To top all of that, Jon got sick which was already slightly noticeable in Madid. Later on, he thanked their French promoter at the show in Paris for allowing him to stay in bed all week to recover.
