During the solo in Bad Medicine Jon injured his knee which probably led to the skipping of Shout. He was on the right side of the stage and started to jump around by where the audience is allowed to stand-in for a couple of songs. One girl grabbed for Jon just as he was
jumping away so he fell down his right leg and hyper-extended his knee. After a little shock moment he hobbled back to his mic-stand and finished the
song.
