- Although the Australian leg was the official kick-off of the tour, this show was the first Bon Jovi-only tour show and thus the inofficial start of the tour.
- This is the first show of the tour Bon Jovi have their own stage. In the background are three giant satellite dishes which are actually video screens. Furthermore they are using a laser light show for the first time. It is used during Undivded or Hook Me Up.

Hands, Keep The Faith and I Got The Girl all make their tourpremiere.
- Richie Sambora sings the lead vocals on I'll Be There For You. This is the first time he does this during a Bon Jovi concert. He's gonna sing this song the whole tour and would do so more often the following tours as well.
- Dancing In The Streets gets played druring I'll Sleep When I'm Dead.
- After this show fans complained of getting another Crush tour setlist adding some new songs and wished for more stuff from These Days or Keep The Faith.
