Notes:
-
Setlist comparisons are to the last documented show in Groton on August 7th.
-
Only three months after having had finished their European arena tour, the band was back to play their first leg with a major
amount of outdoor venues on this continent.
-
I'd Die For You moves up a few slots and replaces Born To Be My Baby.
-
Bed Of Roses returns to its "native spot" and is played in the original way again, along with the acapella lead-in.
-
Blood Money is dropped.
-
Jumpin' Jack Flash replaces Dancing In The Streets as the cover song in I'll Sleep When I'm Dead.
-
Help, a cover of the Beatles' classic, is played for the first time ever. It featured wonderful vocal harmonies by the band
members and had Richie sing lead vocals on the second verse.
-
With A Little Help From My Friends is dropped.
-
Before playing In These Arms, Jon took the time for a speech in which he thanked the German fans for making the song a hit in this
country. It was obvious that the band was thankful for being back in territories where their album had proved to be much more successful than on home soil.
-
A fan who went to both Berlin concerts in 1993 used to document the setlists of the shows he attended and was kind of enough to send this over to us in order to
be able to add the setlist for this show! Thank you!
No recording from that night could be found.
