                 Notes:

  • Setlist comparisons are to the last documented show in Sydney on October 14th.
  • At the start of Wild In The Streets, Jon shouted “this is our last night here and I’m gonna make it the best!” and the band certainly kept that promise!
  • I Can’t Help Falling In Love replaces Fever.
  • Blood Money and Blaze Of Glory are added to the main set. It’s one of the rare occasions in the second half of 1993 that they’re in the setlist alongside Dry County.
  • Jumpin’ Jack Flash is dropped.
  • Living In Sin opens the encore! It’s one of only two documented performances on the tour, the other one having taken place in Nuernberg way back in April. Jon did a lot of ad-libs and screams in the outro, reminiscent of the renditions on the New Jersey tour!
  • Wanted Dead Or Alive and Blood On Blood switch places again.
  • A second encore block Is inserted with Help! and In These Arms who both return. On the former, Richie didn’t seem to realize it was his turn on the second verse or he simply forgot the lyrics. The band had a good laugh about it.
  • Jimmy Barnes, a musician famous in Australia, had opened for the band on a string of dates on this leg. Upon request, Jon played one of his hits, Working Class Man, on his acoustic guitar and the crowd enthusiastically took over the second verse!
  • Never Say Goodbye is added as well! Though it wasn’t the album version, the entire band played along with Richie adding bluesy parts on his electric guitar.
  • After having been dropped from opening the encore, the band returned for a fourth time by playing With A Little Help From My Friends!
  • Probably the most exciting show of the tour in terms of the setlist! It has to be said that the overall energy of both the band and the crowd were great as well!
