Notes:
-
The first show of their short 1994 Christmas tour.
-
The show had the same spirit like their annual Christmas show in Red Bank, New Jersey. A very special setlist
with lots of surprises.
-
No Shout in Bad Medicine and Bad Medicine gets played early in the set.
-
This is the first time ever that Something For The Pain from the yet to be releaed album These Days gets played. The lyrics and rhythm of the songs are slightly different and it still has the working titel
Gimme.
-
This is the first show were Richie and David get to sing a song. Richie even sings 2 songs.
-
Always from that show was released as a B-side on various singles. The song started without the drum intro
but with Jon singing the first verse accompanied by David's keyboard.
-
The Bob Dylan classic Just Like A Woman is played for the first time by the band. Jon and Richie did it once
before in Nara City, Japan.
-
No You Give Love A Bad Name! Very very rare.
-
At the same time the Rolling Stones played a 30 minute drive away in the Olympic Stadium of Montreal as part
of their Voodoo Lounge tour.
Some recording from that night (not mine):
