- While everyone was looking at the stage when Last Man Standing started, they realized when the singing began Jon Bon Jovi wasn't on the stage! He had snuck up to a platform atop the Front of House mix area and started the show from the venue floor... then made his way up to the stage around the side of the arena. This was a surprise entrance - they did a security runthru during soundcheck.
